Step 18
Ok, back to the ring. Create a new layer on top of the text layer by clicking the icon at the bottom of the layer panel (circled red).

Step 19
Now you can either go Edit>Fill or hold down the shift key and press ‘F5’. The fill screen appears. I chose black in the contents drop down menu, but it isn’t really important at this stage what color you use. Just make sure the new layer is highlighted in blue.

Step 20
CRTL + D to deselect the selection, then CRTL + T to enter transform mode. A box appears surrounding the circle. Right click and choose ‘Distort’. Now we can start pulling the handlebars to distort the circle, giving it a better perspective. You might need to play around with this a while until you end up with something you like. When you are happy with it, press ‘enter’ on the keyboard to exit transform mode.
