Step 16
Now we shall ring the nail area and add 1 segment at the middle and pull out the middle vertex so that your nail area will look rounder in shape. For humanoid modeling you’re the best reference for modeling. Keep looking your body parts. I sometimes do this. Assume them and start working on it.

Keep tweaking with the shape in a proper flow and the result would be as shown below.

Step 18
Now delete the turbosmooth from the toe and select the base of the feet and then attach it with the toe. Select the base of the feet and click on ‘ATTACH’ command and select the object (Big Toe) which you want to attach with the selected object (Base of the feet).
